Our Client has a splendid opportunity for aSeniorQuantity Surveyorto join their amazing Major Projects team to work at the iconic Old Oak Commonstation development in North-West London.
As aSenior Quantity Surveyor,you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams.
- Produce and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
- Continual monitoring of projected costs
- Monitor cash flow and valuation plan
- Ensure contract variations are identified
Who we're looking forYou will have the following:
- CSCS
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- NEC3 experience
- Major civils/infrastructure projects experience
