DCT Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in the city center of London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with expertise in NEC4 contracts and construction law. You will be expected to work in London, with regular travel to Deeside (2-3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday) until the completion of the project.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full range of Quantity Surveying duties across the projectProvide accurate cost management, budgeting, and forecastingAdminister and manage NEC4 contracts and ensure compliance with agreed termsOversee cost reporting and financial management for the projectManage subcontractor and supplier procurement, including negotiationsMonitor and control project costs to ensure financial targets are metWork closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to resolve issuesMaintain effective communication between the client and project teamEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly around construction lawExperience and Skills Required:A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record in senior rolesIn-depth knowledge of NEC4 contracts and construction lawPrevious experience working on large-scale construction projectsAbility to manage and mentor junior team membersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and financial acumenAbility to travel to Deeside (2-3 days per week) for project workDegree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS preferred)Salary (£85k - £100k per year)Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30Please contact Bartosz on or If you're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge and are willing to travel to Deeside
