We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run the surveying element of an 11m high-end fit-out of a one-off property in St John's Wood.
JCT standard contract with designs portions.
Programme is circa 12 months
Very prestigious end-client who looks through every penny, so this requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is on the ball, who will be based full-time on site and able to fight the good fight (over the numbers - not literally)!
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a stable track record, seeing jobs from start to finish, who would ideally have high experience in high-end fit-out (or even better super-prime residential).
The client would like to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to pay them directly, either as a Ltd Company (outside of IR35) or on a PAYE salary basis.
