This highly respected refurbishment and fit-out contractor is a very much a true leader in its field. 100m + turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure and Education) on projects ranging from 50,000 - 30m.
They have an opportunity for a Senior QS (Senior Quantity Surveyor), and this particular position would appeal to someone from a competitor that carries out this line of works.
The Senior QS, would be site based on a 60m refurb/fit out in the city. Reporting to a Divisional Commercial Manager (who will be based out of site and will lead commercial strategy). Project commences Jan 25 with a 6-month lead-in to vacant possession. Followed by 80/90 week construction phase.
