The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a key part of their specialist Residential team, a thriving group of 70 experts, you'll take a leadership role in delivering some of London's most exciting and complex projects. You'll work across a diverse range of schemes, including:
- High-rise residential developments
- Luxury hotels
- Major refurbishments & repurposing projects
- Student accommodation

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
- MRICS qualification (essential)
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
- Significant Residential sector experience (high-rise projects highly desirable)
- Experience managing junior surveyors and leading project teams
