Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Location: London

Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience for our client who specialise in Power Supply Systems for mission critical infrastructures e.g. Data Centres and Energy Centres.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects working closely with project delivery teams.
• Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead contract negotiations including subcontractor agreements, manage claims and variations.
• Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
• Cost control and Financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Management - subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background
• Experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction contracts - FIDIC and JCT

Must have Right to Work in UK.
