Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying on site
- Administering NEC contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Carrying out post-contract activities such as CVR/reporting and change control
- Handling contract administration and maintaining accurate records
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors
- Delivering accurate and timely cost reports and forecasts
- Ensuring effective change management processes are in place
- Utilising Excel to analyse and manage financial data
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Strong understanding and practical experience with NEC contracts
- Proven track record of managing post-contract activities, including CVR/reporting
- Proficiency in contract administration and change control processes
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel for financial management
- Confidence in handling high-profile projects with precision and professionalism
