Flux Consulting have partnered with a well-established, London-based Consultancy that have experience consistent year-on-year success. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering expert cost management and commercial advice to our clients.
Requirements of this role include;
- Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic advice on project risks and opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal applicant will possess;
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in consultancy.
- MRICS chartered status is desirable but not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
