The Role: Senior Quantity SurveyorJoining a close-knit team of six, including three hands-on Directors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a mix of commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, and high-end residential projects across London.

With Directors committed to growing the business and expanding workstreams, this is more than just a job-it's a succession opportunity. Within 3-5 years, the right Senior Quantity Surveyor could step into a Director role, helping drive the consultancy's continued success.

About You

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
• A successful track record leading projects inception to completion and the ability to hit the ground running
• Client facing
• MRICS is highly desirable but not a must
• Previous fit out/refurbishment/commercial experience is desirable
