Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects from inception to completion and handle various financial responsibilities. You will be responsible for:
- Running projects from inception to completion
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Handling contractual matters and negotiations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Providing support and advice on financial matters
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience working on High-End Residential projects
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a PQS/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
