Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a boutique consultancy firm, delivering exceptional private residential projects across London. As part of the team, you'll work on prestigious developments in the UK and internationally, collaborating with top-tier professionals in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Your Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cost Planning - Delivering accurate estimates and financial forecasts.
  • Tendering & Bill of Quantities Production - Preparing competitive and comprehensive tender documents.
  • Contract Documentation - Drafting and managing contractual agreements.
  • Valuations & Variation Reviews - Assessing project progress and cost implications.
  • Financial Reporting - Providing clear, data-driven insights to clients.
    Contract Administration - Overseeing compliance, risk, and contractual matters.
  • Client Meetings - Engaging confidently with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification).
  • RICS Chartered (or working towards chartership).
  • Proven experience in a senior QS role within the private residential sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
    Excellent communication skills - this is a client-facing role.
  • Full UK Driver's License - site visits required.
