As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working for a boutique consultancy firm, delivering exceptional private residential projects across London. As part of the team, you'll work on prestigious developments in the UK and internationally, collaborating with top-tier professionals in a supportive and ambitious environment.
Your Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cost Planning - Delivering accurate estimates and financial forecasts.
- Tendering & Bill of Quantities Production - Preparing competitive and comprehensive tender documents.
- Contract Documentation - Drafting and managing contractual agreements.
- Valuations & Variation Reviews - Assessing project progress and cost implications.
- Financial Reporting - Providing clear, data-driven insights to clients.
- Contract Administration - Overseeing compliance, risk, and contractual matters.
- Client Meetings - Engaging confidently with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification).
- RICS Chartered (or working towards chartership).
- Proven experience in a senior QS role within the private residential sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills - this is a client-facing role.
- Full UK Driver's License - site visits required.
