Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Tier 1 Main contractor in Zone 1 London project
About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
You will be working on site on a 50m+ commercial new build project in central London from PCSA as the overall no 1 on site reporting to a visiting Managing Surveyor.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing change and variations. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be capable of managing the full client side process and competent in contract negotiations.
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Experience with another Main Contractor
- Ideally experience on Commercial New build or Cut and Carve projects
- PCSA and 2 stage tender
