Our client is a national contractor seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major residential project in Lewisham, South East London.
The project involves the commercial leadership of phase 2, which includes 290 units of a total 1,500-unit development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercially leading high-rise RC frame developments exceeding 90 meters in height.
The salary for this position ranges from £90,000 to £95,000, along with a full package and bonus system.
Additionally, the role offers the flexibility of 1-2 days working from home.

Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a project in Lewisham, South East London.

The development consists of 1,500 units - You will commercially lead phase 2 which consists of 290 units.

You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame developments in excess of 90m.

In return, our client is offering 90k - 95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top. The position also offers 1-2 days working from home.
