An established medium-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. The consultancy focuses primarily on residential projects, including mixed-use developments, regeneration, remediation, and repair work.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage residential and cladding remediation projects from concept to completion, taking on both pre and post-contract duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing project delivery and cost management
- Preparing and submitting tender documents
- Conducting value engineering and risk assessments
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Managing project budgets and financial reporting
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience working on residential projects
- MRICS or currently working towards it
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
