Senior Quantity Surveyor - Near-Remote Role - Bristol Team / London Projects

A leading UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team - with the flexibility to work almost entirely from home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple retail-led projects for a long-term client based in West London. Schemes range from 500k to 2m, covering both new-build and refurbishment work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as the day-to-day lead for a key client relationship, with support from a collaborative Bristol-based team. While the consultancy sees you as part of their Bristol office, you'll only need to visit twice a month, plus attend a client meeting in London once a week.

You'll enjoy autonomy, genuine flexibility, and the chance to shape how this client account develops long term.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or close to completion
• Proven UK consultancy experience
• Confident managing projects from pre-contract to final account
• Retail sector experience (ideal)
• Comfortable with light travel to Bristol (2x/month) and London (1x/week)
