Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Remuneration: 75,000 - 90,000 Per Annum
We are searching on behalf of our client, a well respected TunnelingSubcontractor who are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join on a permenant basis.
In this role, you will:
- Manage all aspects of the commercial function independently, whilst leading a small team.
- Supporting Managing Quantity Surveyors as well as supporting and training Junior staff.
- Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans.
- Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues.
- Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments.
- Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance.
- Identify and manage commercial risks.
To be successful, you will have:
- Years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyorwithin a Tunneling enviorment.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.).
- Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects.
- Excellent communication.
- A methodical and detail-oriented approach.
