Full time position for a dynamic senior QS to work across our contracts division predominantly on social housing programmes. Opportunity to make a real diffrence in delivering commercial excellence in this key position.
Responsibilites & Requirements
- Supporting the Commercial Lead in contract cost management
- Production of monthly updated CVRs for each project
- Weekly measurement and valuation validations
- Procurement and management of supply chains
- Maintaining the commercial risk register
- Cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives
- Contract reviews and cost analysis
Location
Based at our Head Office in London Borough of Southwark and liaising with Clients throughout London and the Southeast.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional qualifications
- Proven relevant experience, with a high level of commercial awareness
- Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions
- Extensive experience in managing supply chain accounts and valuations
- Experience in risk management to support operational teams
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
