About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a company running a variety of projects across central London with valuations ranging from 30,000 to 10 million. The company had a 35 million turnover in the past year and has a management team known for aiding in personal development and actively assisting new starters. The aim is to hit 50 million turnover by the end of the year, which is very achievable considering that have already banked 43 million. Their projects are all mainly CAT A and CAT B fit outs, but they also deal with refurbishment so ideally would like someone from a build background.
Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Managing Sub-Contractors.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with fit-out contractors and main contractors and previously worked as a commercial lead/site no.1.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- 80,000 - 100,000 Base Salary (dependent on experience).
