Talented Senior Quantity Surveyor required. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered a permanent opportunity or can be taken on a freelance (up to 425a day) basis.

The schemes involve both new build and structural refurbishments always incorporating the finest materials / Finishes.
They require the skills of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Mayfair on a 16m prime residential refurbishment, undertaking all commercial duties on the project. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, Profit planning, identification and valuation of variations, Claims notification and generation, Adjudication referrals, Detailed monthly cost / value reporting and Final Account settlement.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will live within easy commuting distance of the project and be able to demonstrate a strong contracting background with experience in prime residential refurbishmentsIf you have worked on high end residential or grade listed building you can expect an immediate interview, but having that experience is not necessarily essential.
