Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Conduct risk management, value engineering, and contract administration.
  • Oversee cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value procurement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and managing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, financial management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation, degree in Quantity Surveying or similar).
