Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct risk management, value engineering, and contract administration.
- Oversee cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value procurement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and managing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, financial management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation, degree in Quantity Surveying or similar).
