A growing multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with Employers Agent experience to join their expanding London team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects across multiple sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, providing professional quantity surveying and Employers Agent services. You'll manage a variety of projects across the public/social, residential, education, and commercial sectors, handling both new builds and refurbishments.

This role involves managing pre- and post-contract duties, including cost estimates, tender documents, valuations, and final accounts. You'll lead meetings, work closely with design teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You'll have access to clear pathways for career progression, with opportunities to advance to more senior positions as you demonstrate your skills and expertise. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Construction Companies
  • MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
  • Extensive experience managing projects through all pre- and post-contract stages
  • Proven track record on projects from inception to completion in residential, education, and commercial sectors
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills; effective in collaborative team environments
