The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be stepping into a pivotal leadership role, working closely with a team of 7 talented surveyors on some of the most prestigious projects in the region. Reporting directly to the Director, your expertise will allow him to focus on expanding business development efforts, while you guide the team to deliver exceptional results.
You will be involved in high-profile Super Prime Residential projects, collaborating with renowned private clients and delivering exceptional results on properties that define luxury. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to leave their mark on the industry, working on enviable projects while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge and experience
- High-End Residential / Private Residential experience is ideal but not crucial
- The desire to mentor, manage and lead a team
- MRICS would be highly desirable but not a must
