Our client, a national contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for their head office in London Bridge.
The successful candidate will work on a £400 million mixed-use office and residential scheme in Blackfriars, Central London.
Applicants should have experience in commercially leading high-rise reinforced concrete frame or large mixed-use office developments exceeding £100 million.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and includes managing a quantity surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The salary offered is between £90,000 and £95,000, along with a full package and bonus system.

Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in London Bridge.

You will be required to work on a 400m mixed use office / residential scheme in Blackfriars, Central London.

You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame or large mixed use office developments in excess of 100m.

In return, our client is offering 90k - 95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
