A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in London is looking to take on a professional, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within this forward-thinking consultancy, offering strategic cost management and expert advice to help clients maximise value and efficiency. You'll lead the financial planning and feasibility assessments for a major portfolio of projects, driving success across a wide range of schemes.

Your first challenge? Heading up an exciting pipeline of Hotel projects in Ireland, namely Dublin and Cork. The firm currently have 3x live projects with 2 further schemes kicking off over the next 12-18 months, all innovative new build developments between £20m - £40m.

Travel wise, this role would entail site visits typically once a month. Based out of the London office, located near Farringdon, with a flexible working environment allowing for working from home usually 2x days per week.

With a clear path for progression to Associate Quantity Surveyor and the chance to manage your own team, you'll take on major responsibilities and play a pivotal role in shaping landmark developments. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Hotel experience is highly desirable but not crucial
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• The desire / ability to travel to Ireland once a month
