A collaborative, innovative Boutique Luxury Residential Construction Consultancy in London, near Farringdon station, is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
Specialising in Luxury, High-End Residential developments across London and the Home Counties, typically from £500k - £30m, the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver a full PQS, pre and post contract cost management role, including some Contract Administration.
Working with prestigious clients and Trusts on some truly exciting bespoke developments, based out of the office typically 3x days per week and from site or home the remainder.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS is highly desirable but not a must
- Private Residential project experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
In return?
The firm is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but is looking to offer:
- £65,000 - £75,000
