This role is for an ongoing private development project located in South East London, set to make a significant impact in the residential housing market.
This ambitious project features a residential block of over 300 units, complete with a basement car park and ground floor community and retail space. The construction incorporates RC Frame, Metsec, and brickwork facade, leading into the internal fit-out of the apartments. Starting in early 2025, this project aims to run through to 2028. Your expertise will be crucial as you manage the procurement process, particularly focusing on the facade packages before transitioning to internal trades in the upcoming months.
In this role, you will:
- Handle procurement of fit-out packages, from scoping initial designs to raising enquiries and placing orders.
- Manage package progression, including payment processing and interim sub-contractor accounts.
- Report risks, manage budget tracking, and lead packages to their final account stage.
