Senior Quantity Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Project QS or Senior QS to join an already established and growing construction organisation.
Projects are focused mainly on new build residential social housing projects up to 10m in value, so main contractor experience is essential with social housing desired. Our client will also consider freelance opportunities for the right candidate.
Typical Duties Include:
- Responsible for estimating costs.
- Material quantities and project time lines.
- Liaise with different teams on site to ensure smooth running to the programme.
- Conduct take-offs and prepare bill of quantities.
- Analyse project specifications.
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Job longevity.
- Previous experience on a mixture of luxury residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- A pro-active and collaborative approach
- Punctual and reliable.
