About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years' experience at a London based fit out contractor to become a commercial lead and site no.1. Seniors or high-level quantity surveyors are also needed as there are several spots for no.2's available as well. All projects are in the London area but mainly in central, within zones 1 and 2.
Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Fully commercially responsible for projects as a No.1 lead.
- Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Managing Sub-Contractors.
- Site Meetings.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Minimum 5+ years with a reputable, London based fit-out contractor.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- 70,000 - 90,000 for a site no.2, and 90,000 - 110,000 for a site no.1.
