Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2.

Location: North Acton + hybrid working
Salary: up to 拢70,000 + travel allowance

Your responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:
路Lead an asset supported by an Assistant & Graduate QS.
路Produce documentation / evidence to demonstrate KPI achievement.
路Lead and develop the efficient and effective management and issue of accurate, timely and contract compliant documentation.
路Assist with preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed.
路Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.
路Maintain effective, accurate cost control.

Requirements:
路RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
路Minimum 5 years experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
路NEC contract experience
路Experience working on major infrastructure projects
路Experience working for a main contractor
