A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in London is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established firm that is renowned for delivering high-quality services across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of cost management, from initial feasibility through to final accounts.
  • Manage client relationships, offering strategic solutions to meet their needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Produce accurate and detailed cost estimates, valuations, and reports.
  • Manage tender processes, including the preparation of tender documentation and analysis of bids.
  • Assist with business development and the growth of the consultancy's presence in the market.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveying role, with a track record of successful project delivery. Ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • MRICS is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
