About the role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-end property projects. Youwillhandle cost estimates, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance throughout the project. The role involves procurement, subcontractor management, and ensuring projects meet financial targets without compromising on quality. Collaboration with project teams and clients to deliver cost-effective, bespoke interiors within agreed timelines would be a central focus of the position.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Membership with RICS or equivalent (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of JCT and other construction contracts.
