Senior Quantity Surveyor

Apex Resources are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

To provide guidance and oversight to the Commercial Team, ensuring commercial success and financial sustainability of projects. Your role involves leading site meetings, steering cost control, managing head contract and subcontractor responsibilities, and driving the tendering process. Through effective communication and document control, you will uphold our company values of Integrity, Transparency, Commitment and Passion, while fostering a learning culture and supervising commercial requirements.

Brief Overview:

• Lead in producing and delivering high-quality communication and reporting.
• Actively drive site meetings with a proactive, solution-oriented approach for commercial input and decision making
• Provide strategic guidance to Project Managers and Site Managers, ensuring robust commercial support to the team
• Oversee and handle contractual matters with Integrity, demonstrating honesty, transparency, and fairness at a senior level.
• Promote and enforce company procedures, embodying a Commitment to excellence in all areas of the business.
• Lead and motivate the Quantity Surveying team, setting clear performance targets and monitoring the team's delivery against those objectives.
• Oversee and ensure the commercial success of projects, displaying passion and commitment to excellence.
