Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for contractor that works on the conservation, refurbishment and regeneration of historic buildings across London and the South East.
The role would suit a QS that has a working knowledge of various standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT & NEC suites) plus experience of associated tender and contract documentation.
This role will be client facing, suiting an individual with the skillset to manage not just the project as a whole, the sub-contractors and costs alike, but the client and their representatives in and around prestigious historic works.
