Description
- Commercial experience of working on Joint Venture projects and developments
- Overseeing all financial aspects of the construction project
- Knowledge of RC Framework developments
- Managing contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated budget
- Providing cost management and reporting insights
- Collaborating with different departments to achieve project objectives
- Implementing risk management strategies
- Reporting in Managing QS and Commercial Directors
- Contributing to the resolution of contractual disputes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of construction contracts and legislations
- Previous experience working on residential developments
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong mathematical and IT abilities
- Experience in managing budgets and cost control
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of 65000 to 87,000 per annum -DOE
