We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients construction team. The ideal candidate should possess keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of the Property Industry.

Description

  • Commercial experience of working on Joint Venture projects and developments
  • Overseeing all financial aspects of the construction project
  • Knowledge of RC Framework developments
  • Managing contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Ensuring that projects are completed within the stipulated budget
  • Providing cost management and reporting insights
  • Collaborating with different departments to achieve project objectives
  • Implementing risk management strategies
  • Reporting in Managing QS and Commercial Directors
  • Contributing to the resolution of contractual disputes
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of construction contracts and legislations
  • Previous experience working on residential developments
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and IT abilities
  • Experience in managing budgets and cost control
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
