The Role: Senior Quantity SurveyorThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, energetic team of Quantity Surveyors and Employer's Agents, delivering expert professional services to a range of public and private sector clients. You'll manage projects from inception to completion, lead client relationships, and mentor junior staff to help develop the next generation of surveyors.
This consultancy offers exceptional career progression opportunities, including support for MRICS accreditation through their industry-leading in-house APC programme, with internal APC assessors based in their London office.
You'll primarily work on Residential sector projects while also gaining exposure to other sectors such as:
- Commercial Property, Privately Funded Developments, Care Homes, Mixed-Use Schemes, and New Build Housing & Apartments.
- Project values range from £250k - £200m, with typical schemes valued at £10m-£15m involving JCT and Design & Build contracts.
This is a role for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to take the lead on exciting projects, influence the direction of the team, and grow with a company that truly values its people.
About YouThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS-accredited degree qualification.
- MRICS accreditation (preferred) or extensive experience at a senior level.
- Proven experience in the Residential sector.
- Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
- Employer's Agent experience (preferred).
- Experience working within a PQS firm or consultancy environment.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
- A desire to mentor and support junior team members.
