The business has a fantastic leadership team and prides itself on delivering quality work in the London residential refurbishment market. Projects range from 150k to 2.5m and attention to detail, superb client care and working with the best people have been key to the growth of the business to date.
They are now looking to make a key addition to their commercial team in the form of a Senior QS. The suitable candidate will have high spec residential refurb experience and have high personal standards and good communication skills. The exact level and years of experience is open as personality type and character are key to an appointment they want to be a long term success,
The business hires carefully and, in all instances, tries to hire for life. Long term staff who know the business and grow organically within the business are highly valued in this organisation. The prospects to move up to commercial Manager and directorship is very much part of the plan with this role.
