The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral member of a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team that undertakes Employers Agent/Contract Administrator and Project Management functions across an impressive array of high-end residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of exciting large-scale projects, benefiting from the guidance and support of senior partners to ensure successful delivery. You will also play a pivotal role in assisting more experienced Quantity Surveyors in the day-to-day management of larger and more complex projects, allowing you to broaden your expertise and enhance your professional skill set.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience working in a UK Consultancy environment is a MUST
- Actively pursuing or achieved MRICS status
- Strong pre-contract and cost management experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
