This is an exciting opportunity for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a reputable London developer who have a complex RC Frame residential development in central London

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a good opportunity to join a London citric developer who work on RC Frame residential and student accommodation projects across London with an initial project in Camden valued at approx 65m. Working under an experienced team member and senior surveyor as the no 2 managing packages including ground works and M&E from procurement to final accounting. The project is currently in early enabling stages and runs until 2027. This is a full time site based position.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a developer or residential main contractor background, and be competent in managing the full commercial process. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is opportunity to progress your career with the team.

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Minimum of 8 years experience with another developer or main contractor
• Competent at procuring packages including ground works and M&E
