The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of over 150 professionals, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working closely with board members and partners, you'll lead complex, high-value projects while being supported on your journey to Associate and beyond.

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Higher Education - prestigious universities and research facilities
  • Commercial - cutting-edge office developments
  • Masterplanning & Residential - large-scale urban regeneration projects

Project Values: £1m - £200m+

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:

  • A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
  • MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in leading projects pre- and post-contract
  • Background in the above mentioned sectors, ideally Higher Education or Commercial
  • Prior UK consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying
