Are you a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a clear pathway to Associate level? This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised Construction and Property Consultancy, delivering high-profile projects from their thriving London office, near Tottenham Court Road Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work within a 35-strong team of specialists, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. You'll take the lead on significant schemes, working closely with board members and partners while being supported in your career progression towards Associate and beyond.

Project sectors include:

  • Commercial office new-builds and fit-outs
  • Life sciences, including high-tech refurbishments and new developments
  • Retail repurposing and transformation
  • Large-scale manufacturing and industrial projects (£50m - £150m)

This role is ideal for:

  • A Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater responsibility and progression within a highly regarded firm.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be eager to develop their career within a progressive and supportive consultancy. You will have:

  • A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
  • MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in leading projects pre- and post-contract
  • Background in commercial office developments (new-build and fit-out); experience in life sciences, retail repurposing, or mixed-use projects is advantageous
  • Prior UK consultancy experience in Quantity Surveying
