My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to cover sites across the London area. They are a Groundwork's & RC frame subcontractor that undertake work including earthworks, bulk excavation and various groundwork's and infrastructure schemes for their client base, which are predominantly residential clients. These relationships go back over 30 years and are long standing relationships.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report in to the Senior Commercial Manager working within a growing team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparation of bills, schedules of quantities of materials, visiting sites to monitor progress, preparing tender and contract documents, and undertake cost analysis. You will liaise effectively and promptly with other departments including site, project managers, stakeholders, etc.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a sub-contractor, main contractor or housebuilder. The ideal candidate would have experience in within Groundworks and RC frame.
