Senior Quantity Surveyor (Rail / Dispute)

Freelance: to £500 per day Ltd

Based: London / Hybrid (EC1)

A leading specialist rail, engineering and building services contractor requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The role will be assisting in a design dispute, where you will provide commercial contractual knowledge and guidelines to the best resolution for the company. Experience required for the:

Strong NEC knowledge
Experience in contract disputes
Abler to work indpendantly
Able to spot commercial opportunity
Structured career history
Commercially astute
