Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Structural Steel)

Location: London

The Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects of structural steel projects, from tender through to completion. You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure financial success while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all cost management and commercial aspects of structural steel projects.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and cost plans.
  • Conduct accurate valuations, variations, and cost forecasting.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular financial reports, including cost-value reconciliations.

About You:The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on structural steel projects.
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication, installation, and construction processes.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.
