Senior Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor
Location: London (Hybrid Working)

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its expert team, delivering both advisory and project-driven surveying services across residential, mixed-use, and education sectors.

The Role

The Senior Surveyor will lead multiple projects, act as contract administrator, and provide expert consultancy services. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from 500K to 6M, including exterior renovations, internal refurbishments, and major faade remediation.
  • Conducting core building surveying functions, including defects diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord-tenant matters, and party wall advice.
  • Acting as lead consultant/project manager and overseeing contract administration.
  • Applying expertise in JCT contracts, procurement routes, and contract forms.
  • Leading project teams effectively, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Location & Flexible Working

The role covers England and Wales, with a focus on London and the Southeast. Hybrid working and site visits are required.

The Candidate

  • Experienced Senior Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in JCT contracts; knowledge of NEC and other contract types beneficial.
  • Strong background in building surveying, cost consultancy, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
