We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team, working on Transport for London (TfL) sites across London.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of rail industry experience (TfL experience preferred)
  • Valid and clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Multi-disciplinary experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Good organisational skills, particularly in managing materials, tools, and equipment
  • Commitment to health and safety compliance at all times
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Faults and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) teams with on-site tasks
  • Carry out planned works across multiple disciplines on TfL sites
  • Effectively manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow
  • Complete all work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with TfL regulations
  • Identify and report any faults or issues to the relevant team promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Complete necessary documentation and reporting as required

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent position
  • Location: Various TfL sites across London
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week
  • Pay Range: £11.79 - £22.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
