OVERVIEW 

We are working with a key client of ours who are looking for an individual to join their Real Estate team. This role is an Account Executive position and will allow you to inherit a book of business. Our client is keeping their options open and is willing to consider an individual with an underwriting background. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients
  • Serve as an advocate for clients' needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction
  • Support the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management, and insurance objectives of clients
  • Prepare and take ownership for the timely and accurate production of renewal reports
  • Attend or provide feedback for insurer review meetings and actively contribute to the development of relationships
  • Manage renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed team objectives
  • Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity
  • Contribute to bid teams

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Previous experience in UK Real Estate insurance, ideally gained from a brokerage but will considers individual from insurer background 
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive to provide the best service to clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • CII qualifications desirable, but not essential
  • Rights of light, title indemnity, environmental, and other legal indemnity placement experience beneficial, but not essential
