ASSOCIATE - LETTINGS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY - MARYLEBONEDove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings. Duties/functions of the role:
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
- Managing the lettings process from offer to move in
Requirements of the role:
- 3+ years' experience working in Marylebone/Mayfair
- ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
- A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
