A unique opportunity has arisen for a real estate planning associate to join the Real Estate team of a well-established multi-officed London firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual.
Our client has a breadth of experience within their real estate practice and our varied client base distinguishes us from other firms. They work in all areas of the sector, from houseboats to helipads. They act for HNW individuals, family businesses, investors, developers, charities, and for both landlords and tenants. They have experience supporting high-profile matters for large multinational companies.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing Planning department that is seeking a new associate solicitor to join their West London or central London office to grow and develop the practice further; the planning team sits within our real estate group.
This role would suit those wishing to work in a warm, collegiate environment, where associates at every level are encouraged to either lead or support business development and management initiatives.
It is also essential that you are able to demonstrate that you can develop and maintain good client relationships. Our client has a wide range of clients including energy companies, strategic land owners, property developers, land promoters, charities, retailers and individuals.
