Block Manager - Developer - Key Duties:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and relevant legislation
- Develop and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, invoicing to leaseholders and provide accurate financial reports to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, leaseholders and suppliers, dealing with enquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
- Manage the day-to-day operations of blocks, including maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other internal teams, accounts, legal etc to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- LPE1’s & other notices
- Manage insurance renewals and claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to block management activities.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Block Manager - Developer - Person Profile:
- Previous experience in Residential Block Management
- AIRPM/MIRPM (ATPI/MTPI) qualification or on way to completing it
- Manual Drivers License essential
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial management
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Landlord and Tenant Act, Health and Safety regulations, and Section 20 procedures
- Working knowledge of Blocks Online software desirable but working experience of property management software is essential
- Attentional to detail, organisational skills and time management are key to success.
Block Manager - Developer - Salary Guide: £40,000 - £45,000Hours: 9am - 5:30 pm
