This is a very exciting time to join the company, as in the coming months the business embarks on the next chapter of its growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, they are looking to expand their Property and Portfolio Management team to help strengthen their award-winning service; and this is where you come in!
The Block Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of residential properties within a specific property or property complex. This role is responsible for ensuring a high standard of living for residents and maintaining the value of the properties under their management.

Personal specification:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a facilities/ estates role, with a minimum of 3 years in property sector• A successful track record in residential property and facilities management or a similar field• IRPM or ARMA qualifications or working towards• A good knowledge of budget formulation and approval• An understanding of and track record of block management is highly desirable• A good knowledge of M&E, PPM and H&S is critical• You must be a self-starter, proactive, organised, with good attention to detail• Great communications skills, both written and oral• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in property management software• Understanding of QUBE, Fixflo, Blocks Online, Spike would be useful.
The salary on offer will be in the region of ÂŁ38,000 to ÂŁ45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
